Order Cancellation

• After 12 hours, orders enter production or shipping and cannot be canceled.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

• Orders for custom, personalized, or made-to-order Panchaloha jewelry cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.

Refunds on Canceled Orders

• If your order is canceled within the permitted window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For payment gateways, refund processing times may vary based on your bank or service provider.
